When making the bank transfer you will need to give a reference name or number. Please make sure that you provide your first name and your family name as the reference. This will mean that once the payment reaches our account, we will see that it is from you.  If you don’t put your name as the reference, we won’t know that the money is from you.

If you wish to make payments by credit card, a credit card charge and administration fee of 1.8%* of the amount paid will be charged in addition.

*Please note that as of the 1st March 2012 the credit card administration fee will change to 2.5%
